Large international hotel chains in Bangkok typically offer accessible rooms, but availability is limited. As of 2023, there's no comprehensive database of accessible accommodations in the city. Travelers are advised to contact hotels directly to inquire about specific accessibility features and confirm availability.

Plan routes in advance, focusing on areas with modern infrastructure. Consider hiring a local guide familiar with accessibility issues. Be prepared for uneven sidewalks and limited curb cuts in many areas. Use ride-hailing apps for easier transportation. Visit attractions early in the day to avoid crowds and heat, which can exacerbate accessibility challenges.
